So, this is Pepper. I've been RPing with this character for years now on a couple different places, and it was only in March that she evolved from Vulpix, so I decided to draw her...I was never satisfied with the image at all, though, and kept working on it off and on since March. I'm /still/ not satisfied, but I guess I can call it done unless I decide to shade it later or something...
