I think the whole King story arch is one of my favorites so far. It serves as a great center for the emotional part of the series, with the other storylines delivering their own contributions for funny moments and character development. I just reread parts of the volume 4 book that arrived here yesterday and I realized how much this character has evolved, especially at the point where you introduce Bailey.

This story arc has been terribly good and very emotional at the wedding scene. :)

EVERYONE Loves the king arc. Probably because of the concept. I can bet you if i asked any of my friends of they would want to be in the housepets universe they would all say Hells yeah.

Good idea..... Joel/King has become an interesting centrepoint for the ongoing plot and one that many will have gone from disliking to cheering for..... if I remember though, we first saw Joel and got his story on why he was who he was a while before this.....

I think I like Joel's line better than whatever the overpuffed featherbag has.

Or better yet: "Is it me, or did this room get bigger?"
