still thinking of making a sequel and the thing falling out of the sky was a satelite owned by the company the main character was going to japan to work for. It's a drink called slush-o the brother wears a slush-0 shirt in the movie and slush-o is substance discovered deep within the ocean while drilling for oil. But yeah there's like stuff that wasn't in the movie that was explained in other forms pre release of cloverfield being releaed into the theaters. Apperantly the satelite was what woke up the thing and the thing was only a baby also the things falling off of the mosnter are not parasites on ite they're seperate monsters that were on it's body... they might have been parasites but they're not part of the monster naturally is what i'm trying to say.

mostly..you may ask..what happens if a giantes SQUATS ON TEH CITY with all of her weitght?
