With the melody loud in the dry desert air her spritely feet were spurred on as she turned back and forth over the crest of the great dune, dancing as if she were the only person in the whole of Redsky. The jingle of bells and a chattering call joined in with the chorus in her mind as one of her falcons whirred by on dusty grey wings, scything through the air like an arrow.
The sand at her feet revealed her steps and continued to do so as she weaved back and forth over it.
