Well, I'd argue that being "awesome" is subjective as each person's fan base is different. Granted, I'll admit each person is in their own way, but the level of it might not be as spectacular as someone else's. Mine is pretty minimal seeing how it's mostly centered around Sonic and sprite based work, that and silly ideas that come to mind.
But then if I think about it, I don't have many people to compare to as sprite comics are kinda a dead medium these days. Not saying I don't have those who appreciate it, but it's being the minority. BUT. I believe what I do is awesome in its own right as the passion to do each idea is what drives me. So whether or not anybody likes it is up to them, :P

It kinda applies to both cases, though yes, I did stick to that context rather than in general. I generally don't have a lot of people who do consider me that kinda person. Though, that's kinda the hand that I've been dealt. I'm one hell of a socially awkward person because of how many people put me in a corner where I felt like I didn't belong. So I shut myself out from their world and kept to myself. I've tried to change that throughout the recent years, but it's still there. So hardly anyone really knows who I really am.
