Mewtwo, the big bad Pokemon arch-villain!
... but the weird thing is that he kept his title even after a certain movie called "Metwwo's Return" (which is bad, by the way) which involves Mewtwo getting over his phobia of humans.
Now... we know he got over his phobia and all... but why do he STILL wants to take over the world?
Maybe this comic will answer the question...
