Man I haven't been on Second Life in like 3-4 years. @.@ I bet it's like.. entirely different.

Basically mainland is 30% empty, and islands are vanishing at several hundred a month. Sl started an online store http://marketplace.secondlife.com and did not put any limits on it. So where you used to need 4k of land to have a nice store, now you need no land at all to sell millions of things.

While I love how the marketplace solves the search problem at last, it's making land irrelevant is destroying the world.

Still, there are many furry related SIMs you can visit and explore and at least 6 or more furry dance clubs.

I did not know you could now do digitigrade legs in that game or are the ankles static and the primary mech invisible?

The lower digitigrade legs are add-on prims and the main body avatar has an alpha layer that hides the lower legs. The prim legs don't bend but you still have movement at the knee and feet.

Mmmmmm. The technological limitations in this game is what slowly pushed me away, none the less, still a cool scene.

P.S. I cannot believe I said mech instead of mesh.

No I do it before work each day as its the only stimulating conversation I'll get for the day [Work talk all Blah blah blah Hetro wife n kids crap and droaning on about sports] theres times I think its a bit sad of me, yeah, but I rather go to bed early to get up early to talk with American SL friends than mindlessly watch primetime TV after work

I work from home so when workload is low I tend to log in. Most of my First Life social friends gathering is on weekends so when I am not working on projects at home during the week I sometimes do some SL clubbing and socalizing.

As a Firestorm developer, I am curious as to what viewer you used there.

I am using the latest Firestorm viewer but have the shadows turned off.

I also use the CtrlAltStudio Viewer (based off of Firestorm) for when I want to play using my NVidia 3D system. SL is awesome in 3D!!

Where do you get that viewer ? never heard of it

I do not DJ at IYC. I DJ at GYC wed. 4-6pm SLT and at AnthroXtasy on Thursdays from 4-6pm SLT.
