Holy crap... what kind of huge sword are you wielding?

Part of the reason for the apparent hugeness is the perspective. The sword is in fact quite huge anyways. As soon as I get the steel from my uncle, I'm cutting it out, sharpening it up, and sending it off to be tempered and blackened. The blade and tang are 5' total, plus a few inches of pommel. Blade will be 3.5-4 inches wide, with a triple fuller, saber grind, and a false edge. Blade length is 44"

The blade alone is longer than an average katana is total.

So you're actually getting your own sword... nice.

I intend to eventually get my revolver and rifle too. Rifle will probably be easier to custom make (make the stock myself, just buy a barrel and loading mechanism for it). Revolver I just need a LOT of cash and to find one for sale.

horozontal slash? heck no, I'm going for the rising crosswise cut from Tail stance (with the sword behind me like that, I basically just swing it upwards from there in an arc. powerful and difficult to block)

Yeah, I've changed what I want (first) to be something simple, an EAA Bounty Hunter .44 magnum single-action. One of the cheapest magnums and handguns in general I've seen around. Nothing pretty, but it does the job of being a revolver (shoots, shoots staight, exists, tha sort of thing).

Yeah? Well I like my katana......its big and heavy as well....just not as big as Sieges giant sword of disemboweling.
