Here's a real king of the jungle, appropriately in green. I've been wanting to draw something like this for some time now, but haven't quite found the right reference picture until 
robbo uploaded one of his recent photos. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was perfect! I love when that happens.
It was fun working in greens. I have to stop looking at the drawing, though, as I've started seeing all the mistakes I made.

Yeah, I used to draw "normal" coloured animals, but less so these days. I may go back to it at some point, but I'm having way too much fun with whacky colour combos at the moment. That having been said, I was actually planning on doing a black and white zebra next. Perhaps I ought to go with something else instead.
