Soft succulent meat with a marvellous mushroom side from the kitchens (BBQ) of
foxdale
so... I prepared some Picanha (Brazilian Style Top Sirloin) to my parents in law and they loved it xD
also I made some grilled Portobello mushrooms with cheese
delicious :9
for the Picanha:
1 piece of Top Sirloin with Fat on the top (about 5 pounds/2.2Kg)
coarse salt
Instructions:
-Rub coarse salt on the meat and then put it on a grill with the fat side down and let it roast for 10 minutes.
-Flip it over and let the other side roast for 2 minutes, then take it out from the grill
-chop the meat into 1 inch thick strips and then set them into grill skewers, add some salt over them
-grill them for 10 minutes each side for a well-done meat
for the Grilled Portobello Mushrooms:
-Portobello Mushrooms
-Goat Cheese
-Mozzarella Cheese (or similar)
-Chives
-Olive Oil
-Salt
-Put some salt and olive oil on the bottom side of the mushrooms, then a teaspoon of shredded goat cheese, mozzarella cheese to taste and chopped chives
-grill for about 15 minutes, or until they're soft in the inside
Greetings and Enjoy!
