this is charlie the reverse shiny charmander he was born the color of a shiny charizard because of the color most other charizards would rough him up one giving him the scar across the eye though not only has his color unnatural but he doesn't have the same flame abilities he never grew the sparks within him but only the gas of course he learned around that using his tail as the base of most of his attacks which almost all revolve around flames he's more intune with fire than most charmanders heck even most charizards
