Yup, more "Transformers:Animated" stuff. It's pretty fun to draw.
I'll admit, this wasn't originally intended to be an Easter-themed pic when first drawn, but a few odd ideas converged and made it into something a little different. The parts coming off the big guy's back look a little tiny bit like bunny ears, after all. For what it's worth, Bulkhead, the robotic star of this image, will be my first toy from the Animated line. I broke down and eBayed one from a seller in Hong Kong. It cost a little more than what the toy will go for on the shelves, but it seemed worth it to try out the line this far before June, when it's supposed to debut in the US.

so you like the new series? I really don't like the style or the ninja robot but I'm impressed with some of the stories so far. Its almost Beast Wars style and the characters seem pretty well developed all things considering. I think they over did Black Aracnia's 'sad lonely soul' bit though
Nicely done fanart. I have to admit, I'm enjoying the new show, surprisingly. It's a new take on Transformers and I do find it appealing. Plus, it's nice to see such a sense of wonderment of awe in my 7-year-old niece's face as she watches. I can only wonder if I was the same way when I watched the original Transformers...
