Through the focal point I see someone hanging and a crowd of people around it. Further off to the left it sort of looks like someone's sitting on a rock like throne.

(Sighs) (Yeah its long. Maybe I got to engrossed into it) (I do like it though. ) The art as a whole to me seems dark. (I guess due to my current mood). Dark clouds. The greens make me think of dusk right before a bad storm comes in. Its around the one nearly to be hanged. As maybe a last hope. My eyes first caught the gallows. The hanging. The noose. The curve to the back of it to me looks like this creatures tail..it is still upright...and curved. Which means he is still alive. The figure to the side of him, is hard to place actually. (*goes morbid really badly*) It nearly looks like a victorian style lady...whom looks to be headless. Turned to him. Or something frog headed and which has a goat-tee and is looking away from the one which is caught in the noose. The shadows behind it look like a gathering of people. Or those in line to be next. The left side of the photo, seems to maybe be a king upon a throne. A dog like knight stands at the bottom. His sword stuffed into the ground with one paw...a finger shushing the king with the other.
