In gratitude for the offer of the pretty dress, Xaviera became good friends with the zebra lady. He came to see her often to have an opportunity to wear pretty lacy things and revel in the general floofiness of pretty lingerie. One of their frequent rituals was for the leopalion to brush Lauren's hair to a silky smooth shine. 1000 strokes ought to do it, plenty of time to talk of pretty things.
