That was changed a few patches ago!
Electric used to do 50% to Infested, but now it just does regular damage!
But high armor on infested ancients makes overload not as effective due to it's Damage-Over-Time nature!
So be nicer to those poor Volts, they aren't completely useless anymore! ;)
Plus they can make you run faster!
