Mother's Day gift for my mom from a few months back.
I finally got around to drawing my cat of 16 years who passed away. I figured I had to do it eventually, but I couldn't before now without giving up/getting frustrated.
I feel like this is what I've been needing to do. I actually had enough time this weekend to sit and draw, and I used it for myself. Sorry if that sounds a bit selfish, I just really wanted to get this out of my system.

wow, one of my cats who passed away recently was about the same age and color as yours, he was a black bombay and came indoors and outdoors. It gave me goosebumps when I saw this picture because it reminded me so much of him. He passed away about a month ago so thanks for drawing this picture because even though it wasn't for me I feel as if I was supposed to see it.
