So I'm at the beach again, which means it's time for another beach story.
I knew that Shark Week was coming up soon but I wasn't sure if it was going to be this week or next week, and it ended up being the former (which seems to have been overridden by "Bowser Day") so decided to get this out before I forgot. Original ideas may have actually involved some kind of stuff with an actual shark BBW thing but I didn't really have any exact ideas to go with, so ultimately I ended up just doing things with Alice because Garchomps are kind of like sharks. Development sort of just went everywhere, the story started to be more about Margaret than Alice, then at some point I randomly realized that Garchomps are supposed to be landsharks specifically so I tried going for something completely different than the original intention, and then during the last few pages my brain turned full autopilot and I have no idea what the hell was even going on.
Final conclusion: shark week tribute kind of didn't work out, but at least the story worked out fine and I always like doing things with Alice and Margaret so if nothing else there's that.
