That is quite the evolution.

As for your message on the 200th comic, what exactly did you lose about it motivation wise? lack of jokes to explore? No financial benefit? Just plain boring?

I guess it's a few things. I haven't really been into any of the idea's I've been coming up with, and I think as a result, the fan response has grown quite quiet, which in turn makes me less interested in working on the comic.

ah, the classic catch 22 scenario. Is it harder to write for comics like ballerina mafia than it was to write for concession?

Hard to say. With Concession, if I wasn't feeling funny I could just do depressing plot things. Conversely, I can do things in Ballerina Mafia that's outside the realm of Concession (if you can imagine it, as Concession was pretty all over the place). I certainly have to worry about continuity a lot less with BM.
