I like where you gone with the face, and body. but can you go more dickies with the work shirt, and less crest/wear-guard. I'm about to post a redone version before i paint, but i also wanted to say that as for the lettering, the lettering I do is simple black (It wouldn't be fair to the other people who commissioned me to do fancy lettering on yours but not theres) also it would be hard to read from a distance. However, i could try to emulate the font they use in the chevron logo, or maybe even use the colors around the character if you like. (like lightly around the figure add in some red and blue)
