Great, now Virmir's stuck with a huge amount of shield hp, but his normal HP takes a hit.

That's why I get all my Real Maps off Tediore.

Borderlands 2 reference. Pangolin makes the highest capacity shields, but for some strange reason they all slash your maximum HP when worn.
