A combination of openCanvas and PainshopPro n..n I should try and get used to Photoshop though..

painter also has a great feel to it if you want to add a traditionally painted feel to digital work, recently I discovered it to be outstanding. the digital paints interact with each other, bleeding together, smearing, etc just like REAL paint would. However, I wouldnt necessarilly want to take away your lovely cartoon style which I admire so much. ^^
