An ACEO of a scarlet macaw I painted in June, and my first acrylic painting in about 7 years.
ACEOs (also called art cards or ATCs) are small works of art. At 3.5" x 2.5" these are the size of standard trading cards--and just as collectable! Usually sold as originals and/or limited edition prints, these cards retain their value while also being affordable and often times stunningly beautiful.
That's the description I'm gonna put in my Etsy shop haha. I might sell this card... on the fence about it, cuz I love it! I would ask no less than $20 for the original, and no less than $10 for limited prints.
This specific card is on gesso'd mat board. I get a lot of scraps from matting my art so I thought, hey let's give it some purpose.
