While i was waiting for replays, i decided to make a little animation of Gaberath. I may work on this more. color it and stuff.
I am still very new to animation and starting to understand the mechanics.
This was rotoscoped over a scene from bleach.
Im so proud of myself. I think ill make it a icon as well.

Just incase xD Mine wasn't rotoscoped however, rather referenced. Rotoscoping is ok, but there's an art to the number of frames you use and what's in them.
But yeh, feel free to throw crap at me and I'll give my thoughts and suggestions.

at first i though you used some sort of 3-D assist because, damn, that some crazy perspective you got going.
Im not sure if you used Toonboom. Photoshop is ok with animation but its a painstaking process to get to the next frame.
Thank you for offering advice. Im looking forward to critiques in the future.
Ill get there, just give me a minute.

the bridge part was rendered in Maya, the rest is hand drawn in Flash. Did the characters before the bridge, so the bridge followed a rough outline I made in flash.
I don't touch Flash anymore, but I'm looking for bitmap based animation programs. If you want, you can give a program called 'pencil' a go c:

allright.
so making a starting point and an endpoint then fill in the gap. Ill have to give that a shot.
Like i said before, This was rotoscoped off of another animation. I think that maybe a problem because allot of information is lost.
But I did lean from this. Next time ill have to try from real life.
Thanks for the critique. :)
