I never understood character days. Who decides what characters to celebrate? How do they even choose the date? Is it the character's day of creation? Their canonical birthday? I just don't get it. \(；△；)/
Either way, Sunday was Bowser Day and I guess I saw it as a valid excuse to try drawing the big ol' lug for the first time in like 4 years. Leave it to my dork ass to finish it two days late, though.

I might be wrong, but if you're talking about Renamon appreciation day, then I think it's just like one person that decides. The way I see it, a popular artist decides that a day of the month is dedicated to a character they like, people that follows like the idea, and everyone who likes the character just decides to participate. I would guess something similar happened with Bowser. So it's just unofficial days that catches on. At least, that's what I gathered from what I saw.
