If adventure has a name...
...it must be Oklahoma Jones.
Been busy lately so here's an older piece done for a long completed project. Tracy did the original design sketches and I created the final drawing and rendered it thusly.
I coulda done this in Illustrator... but why would I want to? Flash made it happen, and the Lord said It Was Good.

Oh! At first I thought this was supposed to be Jake from The Rescuers Down Under.
I know what you mean about Flash, by the way. I keep meaning to learn Illustrator, but Flash keeps doing such a good job of making it unnecessary. Something that was never built for that sort of work has no right being so good at it!

Precisely. While there are things that Illustrator is better at the fundamental organization of the image construction and the technique needed to wield the tools are much more fiddly than what's required to accomplish the same thing in Flash. I'd feel a little less ornery about Illustrator if it were easier to cross load the files from one software package into the other without having something screw up inbetween.
