The hatched shading is nice, and I like the soft colors. Teeth make him look more like a beaver than a panda though, and there's something a little odd about the eyes. I think they're asymmetrical.

Teeth? Oh wow I really need help. I didn't draw teeth... that's supposed to be a tongue OMG. Any ideas or pointers on what I did that makes the tongue look like teeth?

Oh, I'd say try to make it look 'fatter' then, and don't put a dividing line down the middle. That was why I thought it looked like teeth
