I dunno, it's waifu Freya Crescent. Though you could argue that without her trademark outfit she looks like a plain burmecian, to which I would say yes, that's probably true!
I never really played FF9 enough to know what her actual personality is like and such, so looking shy and cute is probably completely contrary to her actual nature; but perhaps the idea here is that after being an awesome fighter for a number of years, she ends up settling down for an easy life or something (but not losing her fighting prowess!).
