a hail of thunder
before the lightning...
they are coming.
Fun with arpeggios and maybe a lil Wub Wub Wub. And of course, a big mighty Orchestra. These guys mean business afterall!

I hate how I listen half way through, and just can't contain myself from faving it. Then upon fave it stops it entirely. Actually.. this happens for almost all the songs you post...
Someone needs to fix that so I can express my love for your stuff without having to stop the awesome!

Excellent score, I love listening to these types of songs that can inspire those for many things. Whether it's imagination, writing, drawing or even using it as background songs to their Table-top games. Your songs, as far as I've seen to date, have inspired me to use in my Sci-Fi Table top RP games and many others. I am grateful that you put out this excellent pieces of work~ <3
Because its not just electronica for electronica's sake... It has a proper composition (due completely to the extremely talented composer behind it).
It is a means to an end, that end being the feel that is being conveyed.
And as with all elements that Fox uses in his works, it is neither over worked, nor under paid.
Take for example the effects, audio effects, used in his composition of 'Bright Eyes'... Special audio effects, but so skilfully used as to not detract from the feel of the piece, not overbearing at all, they just feed into that tender and soulfully sad piece.
So many composers are so infatuated with the fact that they can, that they don't stop to think if they should... Fox is thankfully not in that crowd at all, he has the talent, and the vision, both together. Knows what can be done, certainly, but also exactly where to stop, where to wrap, to leave a perfectly bundled package of the precise 'feel' he is going for.

The intro raises the fur on the back of my neck =^.^=
The anticipation is to that deadly level, you know what is coming, and are powerless to stop it.
And then you treat us to some awesome battle music. Complete with a reprieve in the middle, perfect for a reprise of a hero character... I mean, you would make any screenplay writer happy with this, giddy in fact.
And then the reprise you put in, such a splendid 'sympathy for ones enemy'...
Thank you for this, it was truly a gift for the ears, and heart.

Hmmm... dunno. Not really a fan of the "wub wubs", and there's a part where they almost drown out the rest of the song.
I'm sure dub step has its place, but I honestly see it like coffee: if I can't dilute the flavor with a lot of the stuff I like, then I'd rather not partake. *shrugs* Just my tastes, I guess.

It pains me greatly to say this (as I'm a big fan of yours) but I was genuinely disappointed. I found the melody to be both repetitive and forgettable and the electronic sounds really seemed to clash with the orchestra rather than complimenting it.
Wow, I can't believe I just gave one of your songs a negative comment.

This is definitely an interesting piece to listen to, as usual the orchestral and uplifting orchestral parts are more than amazing, though I couldn't help but feel that the 'wubs' were held a bit back.
The combination of classical and electronic, namely dubstep is very complimentary to each other as they are such opposites of easch other, and therefore complementing what the other under most circumstances can achieve.
Therefore my conclusion: I like it! I like it alot! But the electronic part could be a bit more... adventurous!
Thanks for making such a beautiful piece!
