In the Elvish language of Sindarin, Hadron is the word for "Thrower", as in someone who throws spears or darts, Seemed right for this blade. I have decided that in future I shall name all my knives/ swords i make in the Elvish language. I love Tolkien so using his language is really cool for me, I got my translation from Hiswelókë's Sindarin dictionary, it's in beta right now but it's really well done and really worth looking into if you want to find a word or two.

Ad to the blade itself, nothing hugely special really, this is the bayonet off of Pamela when i first got her. In the creative frenzy I crafted this little throwing knife, balance is excellent and it seems to hold an edge pretty well, I will probably be doing some more work with this blade down the road, shaping the handle more, temper the steel maybe? Who knows, anyway, the handle was made of King's Wood, very beautiful member of the rosewood family, then soaked in linseed oil for about a week then left to dry and polished. I used some left over cold blue to give the steel a little bit of protection, but I am not happy with how it came out, i will probably get a decent amount of the stuff and after I temper the blade I'll try again.
