Another self-portrait. I know I do plenty, but this one depicts fairly accurately the true Fio of late. I've just been bumming around home in my underpants (heat wave), eating too much, and feeling pissed off about I'm not sure what.
This is another exercise in tablet arting for me. I still definately prefer my markers and they're so much quicker, but I need the practice if I'm ever going to get good at digital stuff.
I know the colours aren't the most harmonious combination, but that's the couch we own, and most of my panties are pink, so nyer. Why men's pocky? Because it's fecking YUM! >_<
Fio - copyright me, of course. And Pocky is copyright the Pocky people (who make and market the stuff - bless their cotton socks). <3

I appreciate the effort, but alas to no avail...lol Ended getting over 12 inches of snow last night. But the good news is no work today!!! Oh and I forgot in my last post YAY for bumming around in underwear, its just more comfortable than anything else to bum in am I right?!?!?!
Hehe this is a cute one, Fio. I like her face the most, really - a casual "Hmm?" expression taken straight from everyday life, it makes it more believable and interesting.
And yes, Pocky is yum :)
Though I wonder. Around here, it's just called Pocky. What's this "Men's Pocky"? Is there Women's Pocky too? O.o *confoozled*

There are different flavours of Pocky you see, Lynxie. Regular Pocky is your standard chocolate flavour in a red box, but there's also strawberry, honey, green tea, almond crush, milk, and a whole bunch of other kinds. Men's Pocky is dark chocolate, and I suppose they call it "Men's" just because dark chocolate is supposedly strong and bitter and less to a woman's sweeter taste. It's just the name, but as you can see, girls like it too! ^_^'
Yayyy! New Fio!! .....You're still the #1 Sweetheart of FA ,IMHO....I just wish I could do something to cheer you up. ..........btw, I can't believe I shall be Pocky-deprived at Anime Boston! The Hynes Convention Center dosen't allow the sale of food from outside sources! I mean,an Anime Con without J-Snacks?? Duhhhhrrr!!
Awww, thanks Rusty. *big hugs* Your great art always cheers me up, so just keep drawing. <3
WHAT?! That's insane! I guess I can believe it though. Convention centres want lotsa monies! T-T
You'll just have to buy cartons full and take it in with you - you'll be the most popular guy around. =^0^=

Would you hate me if I said I don't like Pocky? I know it's like the international symbol of anime nerdiness but it's really just too dry for me to like it. Same thing with Hello Pandas, which sucks because it's panda candy, which is the one thing on earth I should love to pieces.
No, I wouldn't hate you - but you might need this! *hands you a shield to protect you from angry anime nerds and their Pocky spears*
I can see your point though. It is kind of dry, that's why I like eating them with something nice to drink handy. Hello Pandas are yummy but sickening if you eat more than a handful. Maybe if you draw a panda face on your cookies with icing sugar they'd be better suited to your taste? =^_^=
Mega cute icon, btw. Did Leo draw that for you? ^0^

Would you feel more cool and comfortable right now, in my part of the world? Bienvenue au Canada:

I had never heard of Pocky, but this image is a most pleasant way to learn about it. Perhaps *the* most pleasant.

Oh my goodness! That's amazing! Talk about extreme opposites. I know I'd probably complain of being cold if I were actually there but I'd still enjoy the experience. I've never seen snow. ^_^
That Andreas sure looks a cheerful fellow - he's neck deep in the snow and still smiling for the camera! =^0^=

As I type right now (at 10 PM), the temperature is a very mild two degrees below zero, and I've opened my apartment windows to enjoy the Spring air.
And by looking cheerful, Andreas gives the rest of us our freedom to grimace and curse at the snow as we dig, dig, dig our ways out.
> I've never seen snow.
*That* amazes me... for obvious Canadian reasons.
