Here we have tonights dinner

Ranch Panko encrusted baked pork chops


what you'll need
4 boneless pork chops
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 packet powdered ranch dressing (or dip)

add flour too one shallow bowl
in a second shallow bowl beat egg
in third shallow bowl mix ranch and panko crumbs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
place wire rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking sprat
coat each pork chop in flour evenly coating each side,
the coat in beaten egg
lastly roll the chop in panko mixture, make sure you coat each chop

bake on sprayed rack for 25 minutes
