uhm, it wont melt down unless you litterally melted it, in which case the heat would just burn the radioisotope used inside and disperse it to the degree of being harmless

this will not have a nuclear meltdown, it is filled with heavy hydrogen and is shielded from the very weak radiation it emits which is electrons at low velocity(tinfoil blocks it)

Not sure exactly... Though I am working on an open-ended universal tabletop wargame system... (I need to shorten that somehow, it's a mouthful... o.o; )
