Yeah. Though right now I'm thinking that Charizard might be getting a Mega form too, since it made a rather prominent appearance in the anime recently.

Still, here's hoping for even more under-rated pokemon to get the Mega treatment!

I actually wouldn't mind seeing MegaCharizard get retyped into a Fire/Dragon type. It's already physically based on a dragon rather than a salamander like it's pre-evolutions were. Besides, I've personally always wanted a proper Fire/Dragon type based on a traditional European dragon anyways, so MegaCharizard would be the best shot at that coming to fruition.

Yeah.. but it's Japanese name is Lizardon, the 'don' part either being a reference to dragons or dinosaurs. Besides, Dragons are just big mythical lizards anyways. :)

im scared that with this new stuff the other pokemons would be outclassed, so i hope not A LOT of them gets one, mawyle is great, coz the poor thing SUCKS in competitive use, same for absol, their new megavolution abilities (huge power and magic bounce) are 2 of the more powerfulls in the game so, yea, they will see some gaming.

I... guess. Honestly I don't do any competitive gaming. The only time I ever pay attention to it is when certain pokemon I use (Like flygon or scizor) are suddenly considered overpowered when previously people were like 'Meh'.

I am super excited for th emegas. Unsure if they are like a new evolution tier or how exactly they factor in gameplaywise, but they look pro as heck. Maybe some of the weaker pokes that loot awesome will now be viable in competitive play. Would love to see more variety.

Seems a bit redundant to do this mega form thing. Mega Mewtwo looks like a down grade but, mega absol does look cool, the rest are kinda meh.

Mega Blaziken, Unecessary, normal one is already so powerfel its considered Uber. Mega ampharos, wool hair and tail, nice, and also dragon/electric typing. Mega Mawile, i been waiting for Mawile evolution for forever now , im not disappointed. Mega Lucario, already Powerful as normal. Mega Absol, also long waited evolution.

all true, altho i dont think mega evolutions will increase their stats, just change the distribution and types and abilities, like lucario is already OU, adaptability would make him even better, blazy will keep speed boost so i dont think it will be a BIG change.

Mawile stats SUCK so they gave her huge power taht is amazing and totally make out of the low stats, absol is not that bad but still rarelly to never used so thay gave him powerfull magic bounce, if they increase their stats too it would be insane isnt it?

I can say I'm glad my absol is female cause this totally fits so well
