I love the PSP megaman games too, i bought powred up twice and imported the Legends games for it, and yeah that would have been cool but from what i understand the PSP games didn't sell that great. probably because it was on the PSP and people hacked the PSP allot. I kind of think they should try those games again but on the nintendo 3DS

I wish they had made Megaman Anniversary and X Collection for it.
It was totally doable.
SNK did Metal Slug collection on PSP and it is THE version to get even back when it launched on PS2/XBox cuz you could play them all anywhere.
Also cuz the DS had flashcards up the wazoo and almost everybody I knew played DS games on emulators within the first year of the DS release.
The PSP was burried in the US due to DS counter-propaganda, it was popular in europe and it was absurdly popular in japan. Ironically, it still is.
As for porting the PSP games on 3DS, it would be rather simple since the 3DS has the same practical capabilities of a PSP.

a friend of mine kind of said along time ago that he thought the PSP MegaMan games would have done better on the DS becasue he thinks that the DS becasue the DS had consumers that MegaMan would have appealed to more.

I kind of think they could put MegaMan powered up on the 3DS but also include a MegaMan 2 story along with it, and call it "MegaMan Powered Up + 2"
