Black Claw Agent 44 is the team's scout. Fast on his feet and sneaky as, well, a fox, Excel can sneak around ahead of the team to collect information about the environment. Patrolling droids, armed guards, security cameras, Excel can spot them all and find an effective entrance in seconds. His heal braces give his transformed digitigrade feet an extra spring in his step at any seemingly dead end. Though his handy smoke grenades and claw gloves give him a bit of an upper edge too, along with his modified GEAR Science armor he sneaked out with him the day he escaped GEAR.
