I get most of my tricks from watching Lapres' streams. But thank your for the compliment, it means a lot. ^///^
And as to the hair, sometimes the highlights come out well and sometimes they don't. Most of the time it is just slashes of lighter color then covered over with the highlight brush to help it blend a little.
