Dead Weight - drowned with anvils to his ankles.
Rack - speculum tearing his jaw apart while his body is pulled apart on the rack.
Wagon Wheel - broken around the wheel and then lashed to death.
Torque - character from The Suffering designed by Stan Winston Studios and slightly redesigned by me. Fingers molded together with nail spreading across all digits to form a blade, stitches from a y-incision on his presumably dead body that quickly tried to bisect him probably as he struggled to kill the doctor. Went with a more human form than the game as he walks on his toes instead of fully digigrade legs and a straight up Baraka blade for an arm.
