Here is a coloured version of Shinsei in eastern Dragon form. Shinsei is one of the Dragon characters created by Shadowpelt, and is the character that first got me interested in Shadowpelt's art. The original one is actually a western dragon, but I find eastern style dragons a little easier to draw.
