Nom on noodles with that extra pan seared flavour from the kitchens of
jtdragon
Delicious thing I literally whipped up today because I was HUNGRY
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast, grilled over charcoal, then chilled in the fridge
1/4 of a large onion, sliced to preferred size
1 half-handful of spaghetti noodles
6 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
Bacon bits, to taste
Parsley flakes
Olive oil
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil, and cook the noodles until the are al dente, drain them, and let them sit for 2 minutes, while cooking the following things:
Put a pat of butter in a pan, set on medium heat, then when it melts, put the onions and bacon bits into the pan, and cook until the onions are almost brown, then add the tomatoes and cook them until the onions are all brown and caramelized, then put the chicken in with it, and let it cook until the chicken is back to a good temperature.
After that, pour the noodles into the pan with some olive oil, and toss together until fully mixed, and let it sit in the pan, flipping it every minute or so until the noodles are heated and a bit brown, then pour into a bowl and serve.
Serves one really hungry guy, probably more like 2, but it depends on how hungry you are
