Mmmmm... Twigggs...
Due to me getting a hefty amount of meat for free and being broke/cheapskate, I've eaten almost exclusively that for two weeks. I don't remember meat ever being a favorite food of mine. I'm starting to get strange urges to devour houseplants...
1 tool, 2 colors = fun. Need to limit myself more often.

Ah, yes. There's deffinately resemblance. I might have taken (local) ex libris printmaking of the 70s-80s as inspiration - it was very heavily based on abundance of sharp stuff and crystallic forms. (I like it.) In technique and looks it was similar to folk woodcuts and linocuts, but more calculated/professional/cold/hard, instead of everyday/laid-back/sincere/soft.
Neither am I. This was my first try. Experimenting with how limited flat colors interact is fun. It's educational - most of the optical effects that aren't as evident when going for lookit-I'm-so-spontaneous splishy-splashy approach suddenly become very apparent...
Thanks, man!
