Considered to be "Dirtier than a Junkyard Dog", D.V. is possibly the ShinFox's alternative self or something else (I haven't fully decided yet).

There are some exceptions like how D.V. has a collar that can give his entire body extra-ordinary powers as opposed to ShinFox's ring which can only give his arm (or any limb carrying the ring) an extra-ordinary ability.

And he's clearly on the heavy side. XD
