I saw this in the parking lot at work. After taking the picture I told it to shoo off the street because it was dangerous. It flew off.
I was later told people asked what I was doing and why did I make a bat fly away. I had to explain the lunar moth thing.

Sweet, looks like a Polyphemus Moth. I went to the grocery store late at night randomly once and there was one flapping about near the entrance of the building, basically shredding it's wings :c
It was one of the few giant silkworm moth's we have that I've ever seen. They're always a sight to see.
