OH MY ;.;. I was not expecting this at all and it was just my birthday. It's usually a really high anxiety day and this just really made it feel wonderful and special. You two are wonderful, thank you so much. This is beautiful in so many ways and you really captured the prompt word, i'm just so floored.

I glad you enjoyed working on her. When I saw that Tort did the lineart and you did the coloring I was so excited. Your coloring is always so good at conveying mood. I am also partially color blind and because of the colors that you shade with generally and the pallets you work in you are one of the few artists who's work doesn't lose a lot in translation when I look at it. Its usually especially hard to get art of sun because her warm pallet although one of my favorite types tends to bleed together under most artists coloring styles so seeing her pallet look so bold [to me] even in a darker more somber lighting is really a treat. Thank you so much!

I am also morbidly curious to see if/when you two do a piece where you line and tort colors. All the possibilities between both of your art seem fantastic and I can't wait to keep watching.

Glad I finally collected my sputtering thankfulness enough to reply to this in time for your birthday. I hope you're having exactly the kind of day you wanted to have today! I'm so grateful for this. I've been a fan of the blocking to do for shapes in your lineart since I started watching you. A lot of people are afraid to use contour lines and will only ever use shading to express shape inside of an image. Seeing the detail you put into the mane and the build of the legs is fantastic and gives the pic a lot of depth. Also the expression and guarded posture are A+ to express the mood.
