this one comes with instructions;
first, it's free. anyone can use this in p-much any way they want
it's a blank template but you can draw in your details and colors and such,
and either sequence it yourself if you know how or send me the filled in copy and i'll animate it for you.
for this week only (aug 11-aug 17) i'll edit them for people, keep in mind that the whole idea is for it to be goofy and low quality, and a shark XD
so yeah, have fun and enjoy

I have since been informed that it is not, so basically i'm going to be making these for people until august 17th
