Another shot of the Polyphemus moth. This gives you a good view of her wing patterns.
The "eye" spots on her wings are actually transparent.
These are some of the first shots I've done in RAW format. I like the greater degree of control it gives me over my photos. Going to need more CF cards though.

I've only ever seen one of these in person one time. It was at school, and I was so surprised by how big it was. I worried someone would goosh it, and I tried to move it, but I think I might have made things worse. It sort of fell and fell and fell from two floor up. I think I killed it.
