For those of you who live in Indianapolis or attend IFC, you probably already know all about 'The Flying Cupcake.....ala Mode'. But if you don't, please allow me to sing the praises of this purveyor of single-serving, delectably delicious baked goods.

Located next door to the IFC hotel venue (and Don Pablo's), this unobtrusive little bakery serves up some killer cupcakes. Ask the front desk staff (or the parking valets, they'll tell you all about the lava-cake!) & they'll give you directions.

Sadly, we didn't stumble across it until five minutes before closing time on Sunday but I still managed to snag some goodies and we snarfed them down like starving hyenas.....mighty good eatings!!
