This was an awesome surprise to show up dude. Summer has been crazy around my house, and having been out of town most weekends since early June I had practically forgot about this.

Boulder is a monster in Ger's new game See No Evil. I can see what he means, but its mostly in how I did the face/horns.

I love this stage of sketches too. So much life in the roughness of it. And yes, I can totally see that now! Oh sweet beautiful Boulder... *swoon* God im wanting to play that game _again_, now. lol Once I start tightening him up and get on the colors it wont be so obvious. Crash asked for a bull-lion and this is what popped out. :P

Great design. The lighting really makes this work, even as a rough. Quite an intimidating figure. :)

Heh, I like to think he's playing a violin (unless that actually is what he's doing in which case oops), just that the silhouette of what he's holding resembles one. Lovely contrast, here.

Haha, I can see that! But no, i kept trying for a certain sword pose and it kept sucking so hes got a bow in the finished version. I really loved the contrast in the sketch phase too. :]
