Info? like, critique/tips concerning the art?

Yeah. My tip to myself I ignored and tried to add the bottom half.

Well.. to be completely honest, besides the fact that your legs/ the bottom half indeed seem like they were sown on later (the horizontal curved line at the top of the leg doesn't help much either, in that regard),which you have seemed to notice yourself, this picture looks fine in my eyes.
The flat head only adds to the weight of the/your character, the stomach looks like it translates perfectly fine into the tail, the hand is well done.
Overall, this is a good piece which shows a enjoyable simpler style. adding any more details would moreso kill the simplicity than add to this piece, in my opinion.
