caboose would be a rider car, but this is just a point to point transfer. passenger service with rider cars does exist however. it actually outnumbers freight moves like this one.

while this is the size of hernia gauge, it is an actual working railway transportation system. so while a model of a caboose/breakvan could decorate the rear end, unless it were a rider car with a conductor/breakman/guard i think they call them in the uk, riding it, or to carry passengers in mixed service, there wouldn't be much point in doing so. (rider cars on mixed trains on this system are usually coupled next to the engine rather then on the rear, for a number of reasons also)
