Wow! Sparks looks so adorable getting down onto his tummy to see the legendary, Dratini. The dratini seems kind of like, "Oh, hello!" as Sparks is like, "Wow! You're not just in the picture books!"
It's cute how you have all the other Pokemon lined up and in different poses. The standout of the lot, aside from Sparks and his adorable rump, is the Pikachu on the far left. He seems either annoyed that he needs to be in diapers, that "HE" isn't the one seeing the dratini, and/or in desperate need of a nap.
Your glass land and forest backgrounds are always nice to look at. They just have that, "Belongs in a Book" look. More like a book in which Hamtaro, or other friendly characters, belong in.

The whole pose just makes it work all the better, too. It's a very believable pose and one that, in any case, is ultra adorable to see just about any character in. Especially when drawn by artist of 
pichu90's caliber.
I also think it is neat how, now that I look at it, the Pokemon directly behind Sparks is kind of like, "What's going on?" as (s)he can probably only see tail and fluff.
A cute story to further this would be Sparks, from how close he is to the edge, accidentally getting bumped by the Pokemon behind him and falling into the water... No! Almost fall into the water until Dratini saves the day and gives Sparks a little ride along the river. :)
